Runtime Converter 1.0 and PHP2Java.com launch

We're excited to announce the launch of the first version of the runtime converter, as well as our partner site for online conversions, php2java.com.

php2java.com is powered by Swiftify.com, the creators of the popular objectivec2swift.com converter. They're providing us with a professional frontend site for conversions and online billing.

We've also created a GitHub page with extensive documentation on the internals of the converter's helper library, as well as download links.

We're still adding new features and don't expect large conversions to come just yet, but we have a minimal viable product for converting php to java.
